Returns Policy

All our products are of the highest quality and we do not expect you to experience any problems, however should you have a problem we will do our utmost to solve it.

In accordance with the BestAutoBits.com terms and conditions, we offer a 14 day (from date of delivery) no quibble retunes policy on all products. In the event of items not being suitable for there purpose, being damaged in transit, or faulty on delivery, we ask that all items be returned in there original manufactures packaging, with all original manufactures documentation supplied, within the 14 day period. Please also be aware that buyer of said products is also responsible for carriage of retuned products, unless otherwise agreed with us, or stated in our terms and conditions. Any product returned must have a returns authorisation number, which we will issue when we agree to the return.

With regards to products that are found to be faulty after our 14 day returns period, then this will be with the manufactures warranty.
